Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days. Orders will be delivered within 10 - 21 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders above a set amount ship free, and everything below it is a low flat rate. The exact threshold for your country is shown in your cart at checkout, and listed in full on our Shipping Policy page.
What is your returns policy?

EU and UK customers have 14 days to change their mind, others have 30 days from delivery. A $4.95 USD return shipping fee applies unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, in which case it's on us.
Are the products in stock?

Most products ship within 1–2 business days. Out-of-stock items are clearly labelled.

Can I change or cancel my order?
