At NorvaHome.store, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your home decor and lifestyle items. All orders are
fulfilled and dispatched directly from our warehouse facility in Ireland (European Union).
1. Processing & Handling Times
Standard Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public
holidays in Ireland).
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM GMT / IST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Dispatch Notification: Once your package is scanned by our courier partner, you will receive an automated email
containing your tracking link.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery
All shipping options offered by NorvaHome include end-to-end tracking. Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation
email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your delivery status online.

4. Customs, Import Duties & VAT
Customs & Tax Summary
European Union Deliveries: All EU shipments are exempt from customs duties. Prices on site include Irish VAT (23%)
and no extra charges will apply upon delivery.
United Kingdom & Non-EU Shipments: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, customs
taxes, or carrier clearance fees. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are levied once the package reaches
the destination country.
5. Oversized & Heavy Items
Certain bulky items (e.g., large rugs, small furniture pieces, heavy ceramics) may incur an additional oversized handling
surcharge. Any applicable fees will be calculated and clearly displayed during checkout prior to payment completion.
6. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. NorvaHome is not responsible for delays or non-delivery
caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an
incorrect address or failed collection, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the package again.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
Damaged Items in Transit: If your items arrive damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and damaged
products immediately and contact support@norvahome.store within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no update for over 7 business days (EU) or 14 business days (International),
please reach out to us so we can file an official inquiry with the carrier.
