Handwoven Rattan Storage Basket & Serving Tray | Wicker Bread, Fruit & Picnic Basket for Kitchen Storage, Breakfast & Tea

A handwoven rattan basket with a gently sculpted animal silhouette worked into the weave — a squirrel, a deer, an elephant, a turkey or a shoe form, each one shaped by hand rather than pressed from a mould. It's the sort of small, characterful piece that makes a kitchen feel lived in: bread on the table, fruit on the counter, a scattering of pastries at breakfast, or the tea things carried through to the sitting room.

Natural rattan has an obvious advantage over plastic and metal here — it breathes, so bread keeps its crust and fruit doesn't sweat, and it warms up a hard, tiled kitchen the way nothing else quite does. The neutral tones suit Japandi, Scandinavian, coastal and farmhouse interiors, and the basket works just as happily away from the kitchen: as a picnic basket, a bathroom storage tray for towels and toiletries, or a catch-all for keys and post by the door.

Why you'll love it

• Handwoven rattan — genuine wickerwork with the small irregularities that only come from hand weaving.
• Five characterful designs — squirrel, deer, elephant, turkey and shoe forms, each a different silhouette.
• Breathable natural material — keeps bread crusty and fruit fresh in a way sealed containers can't.
• Doubles as a serving tray — carry breakfast, tea or snacks from kitchen to table in one trip.
• Genuinely versatile — bread basket, fruit bowl, picnic basket, bathroom storage or hallway catch-all.
• Lightweight and sturdy — easy to lift when full, tough enough for everyday kitchen storage.
