3. Our Products

We offer home décor and lighting products through our online store. We work with a trusted network of manufacturers and suppliers, including partners based in China, to bring you a well curated range of products at fair prices. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are updated regularly, but occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct these and, where needed, cancel affected orders.

Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in lighting, photography, and individual device displays.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from us. We will send you an order confirmation by email, but this confirms we have received your order, not that a binding contract has been formed. A contract is formed once we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout. Prices are shown and charged in the currency of your market — euro in Ireland, pounds sterling in the United Kingdom, and the local dollar in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. Prices do not include any customs duties or import taxes that may apply depending on your delivery destination (see our Shipping Policy for details).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Because many of our products are shipped from our supplier network internationally, delivery typically takes 10 to 21 business days from dispatch, though some destinations or items may take a little longer. 6. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns and Refund Policy, available separately on our site, forms part of these terms and sets out your rights to return products and request a refund, including your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer where applicable.

All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Norva and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
